FAQ
How Long Does Your Service Take?
The average customer receives their data within 24 hours of their purchase, however the amount of time varies depending on how severe your case is and how much data is involved.
We cannot give you an exact timeline as each case is different.
The amount of data, corruption and power of your system are all factors that can affect how long recovery takes. However, we can confidently say no one can recover your data faster especially considering you don't have to ship your system to us.
Does this service work and is it SAFE?
Absolutely, we've had thousands of customers successfully restore their data.
What kind of systems can you recover data from?
Virtually any kind of modern system whether it is a laptop, desktop, rackmount or multi-processor server.
For more technically oriented customers as long as you have an x86 compatible system or any system that can run Linux/Unix your system will be compatible.
What advantage does your service have over your competitors?
We are the first and only company that can do remote data recovery.
This means as long as your system is plugged into a network, even if it's behind a corporate firewall we will be able to connect to your system and recover your data without you even having to move your computer!
This is a huge advantage because you don't have to worry about the time, money and hassle of shipping and not to mention the waiting. Many of our customers receive their data in less time than it would take to physically ship their system to another company.
