How It Works:
- You purchase the recovery service
- A special file is sent that is burned to a CD
- You start the computer with the CD inserted
- You notify us that the disc is ready
- One of our engineers connects through a secure VPN tunnel your system and begins the data retrieval process
What is Required:
- You need a router such as a D-Link, Cisco, Linksys, Netgear, etc.. that will automatically provide a DHCP IP address
- You will need a secondary hard drive or plugin an external USB drive so we have a place to copy the data to.
Even if your system is behind a corporate firewall you can still use our service.

Requirements For Service
There needs to be at least one computer system at your location with the following:
- High-Speed Internet connected by a network cable (RJ45/Ethernet/Cat5)
- Another storage device for us to recover your data to. This can be another hard drive already connected to the system, an external USB hard drive, USB thumb/pen drive etc..
- The storage device must have enough space to recover the data you are asking for.
